Great difficulty. Even on easy it was a slight challenge to not die once, good to know. Moving on to normal, it got fun, and a bit frenetic. The pace was just, "Oh shit, I can barely keep up, what the- FUCK! Slow down!" Hard? Insanity. Sheer and spectacular. I loved it.

Graphics: 10/10. I couldn't get the game to glitch or get choppy. Everything was pretty smooth, no teleport-across-the-screen-critters from whatever lag might occur with a few other memory intensive programs running.

Controls: 9/10. just the A key? Hrm.. it -would- have been nice to control the torpedos and rockets seperately from the underwater beam shooting firearm. >.> But I digress, it worked, and pretty well.

Story: 9/10. WHO NEEDS A STORY, WHEN THERE'S SHARKS WITH FRICKIN' LAZER BEAMS AND A GIGANTIC CRAB TO SLAUGHTER?! The opening and closing were pretty hilarious though, so I'll not say anything about needing any taunts from the king.

Sounds: 9/10. A few sounds were somewhat muted, worst ones being the electric shock from the cage, and the robot eel on top of the king crab's head.

Overall: 9/10. This is so close to perfection it's not worth messing with the minor details. You did very damn good.

Artistically, the style is very free-flowing and doesn't drag on as I've seen in other short flashes. Aside from the music, no sounds, and in a way that's a very good choice, considering how many other hackneyed flashes float around with the same overused and abused sounds.

I am fairly curious though, what made you think about creating this? I don't know the name of the song nor the artist, but all the same, very well done. 10/10 and 5/5.

I give this a 9 because of the impressive visualization I can imagine while listening to this. However.. I have noticed that during 1:16-1:24, the sound tends to blend out a bit, and at about 1:32, there appeared to be a bi tof a piercing shriek that sounds fairly distorted on my system, which may or may not be caused from my 5.1 setup. I'm unsure if that was an intentional addition, but elseways, I thoroughly enjoyed this, and look forward to hearing more.

There's two issues I can feel here. The first is that the bass seems to grind on a tenth of a second too much, and there's quite a bit of 'tinny' sounds that you use for key points, they kind of.. uh, well, they didn't make my ears bleed, but they did throw me off for a bit until I recognized them all. An 8 out of 10 from me.

I'm a lover of funk, having been a dance club enthusiast for the past 8 years, and I would love to throw this in my club some day, if not for the grinding cadence, but also for the airplane sounds and operator speech. Funk and air mix like nothin' else.
